The heart of the business model consists of a three-party recurring payment system between garage providers and riders (tenants) that leads to a 10% recurring monthly commission fee for MyNextGarage. The whole system is cashless making it safer for both providers and riders. Uncertainty-and thus anxiety-is reduced for both. These were issues that were difficult to resolve in private garaging. As a solution, payments will be processed by the global payment provider Stripe resulting in reliable and punctual payments for the users and the company.

Our ultimate goal is to achieve maximum efficiency with minimal transaction costs. Instead of accepting that garages remain largely unused, the platform increases its attractiveness by enabling the availability and comparability of garages. In order to respond well to the challenges of a growing population with a rising level of motorisation, the need and urgency to maintain livelihoods is increasing. A fundamental change in mobility in urban space with park and space problems requires a comprehensive garage strategy. By using highly efficient technologies for renting, sharing, and renting garages indefinitely, metropolitan areas have the following positive environmental impacts: 1. Smart utilization of scarce resources creates efficiency and effectiveness 2. Lower noise and emissions by reducing the search for parking spaces 3. Higher quality of living through more free, green and social spaces by reducing the construction of new garages 4. Realization of an environmentally friendly and cost-effective e-charging infrastructure
