Ecosummit is Europe’s leading smart green innovation and impact conference for startups, investors and corporates in Berlin, Amsterdam and London. The European cleantech industry grows faster if all stakeholders jointly manage to build big startups aiming at big impact. Therefore, Ecosummit fosters fast startup development, open innovation, public dealflow, co-investing, corporate venturing and the cooperation between impact investors and VCs. We focus on smart green energy, mobility and buildings – the 3 pillars of the Energiewende. We love smart, green and lean startups that make and sell intelligent and resource efficient products in a capital efficient way. We promote early and late stage startups during their entire lifecycle from seed investment until exit. Since 2010, we organised 10 international conferences in Berlin (6), London (3) and Düsseldorf (1) with over 2.000 participants and 350 startup pitches. Our main online marketing tools are Ecosummit Market, Ecosummit Award and Ecosummit TV. Ecosummit Market is the open platform for smart green startups to support fundraising, recruiting and business development. The ECO15 London Award winners are Skeleton Technologies, Solarkiosk and Grundgrün. The ECO15 Berlin Award winners are Sonnenbatterie, Sunfire, Thermondo, Agrilution, Ubitricity and Bettervest. Ecosummit TV on YouTube provides over 330 videos of the best companies that presented at our events and surpassed 155K video views. In 2016, we plan 3 conferences targeting a total of 650 participants and 120 startup pitches: Ecosummit Berlin 26-27 April 2016 (300 participants, 60 pitches, Ecosummit Award 2016), Ecosummit Amsterdam 7 July 2016 (150 participants, 30 pitches) and Ecosummit London 11 October 2016 (200 participants, 30 pitches). We are a startup at the intersection of entrepreneurship, resource efficiency, internet, open innovation, venture capital, marketing and events.
